Originally specializing in self-storage facilities, the EGAD team has now expanded to include services in more than fifteen different areas of development through the addition of numerous architectural and engineering principals with expertise in various markets. 

Because of EGAD’s small roots, we appreciate the importance of customer satisfaction. This commitment to service has facilitated the need to expand to include structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers to provide our client the benefits of in-house services.  Approximately 90% of our clients are either return customers or referrals from past customers.
